Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use ozyr.online, message us, or use Ozyr CRM or other software services from Ozyr Online ("Ozyr", "we", "us"), Lahore, Pakistan. By using them you agree to these terms. A signed proposal or agreement with you takes priority where it says something different.

Our services

We build and run websites, apps, CRMs, automation and AI tools for businesses. Ozyr CRM is a hosted inbox for WhatsApp, website chat and email, with leads, a chatbot, broadcasts and reports. What is included in your plan is set out on our pricing section or in your proposal.

Fees and payment

• Monthly plans and retainers are billed in Pakistani rupees, in advance, and include hosting and maintenance unless your proposal says otherwise. Setup work is billed separately.
• WhatsApp Business API charges are not included. Meta sets them and Bird bills them to your own account.
• If an invoice is unpaid for 15 days after its due date, we may pause the service until it is paid.

Your responsibilities

• Keep your logins safe and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used them.
• Only message people who have agreed to hear from you, and honour opt-outs. You must follow WhatsApp's Business and Commerce Policies, Meta's terms and Pakistani law.
• Don't use our services for spam, fraud, harassment, illegal content or anything that harms others, and don't try to break or overload them.

We may suspend an account that breaks these rules, after warning you where we reasonably can.

Your data

The messages, contacts and leads in your CRM belong to you. We store and process them only to run the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy, and we don't sell them. When you leave, we can export your data for you, then delete it within 30 days.

Availability

We work to keep our services running and fix problems quickly, but we can't promise they will never be interrupted. Messaging also depends on Meta, Bird, email providers and our hosting provider, which we don't control.

Ownership

Ozyr CRM, its code and our brand remain ours; your plan gives you the right to use them while it is active. Work made only for you (for example your website content or logo) is yours once it is paid for, unless your proposal says otherwise.

Cancelling

You can cancel a monthly plan or retainer with 30 days' notice by email or WhatsApp. Fees already paid are not refunded unless we fail to provide the service.

Liability

Our services are provided as they are. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost business, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Lahore have jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed; for important changes we will tell current clients first.
